The Instrumental Music Program has fundraisers each year that require parents and student participation to be successful. Below is a guideline for participation in these programs.
Concourse Bowling Lanes - 6:00 pm to 10:00pm - This event is a huge fundraiser for the school and out group in particular. The greatest way to earn money toward the Instrumental Music Program for this coming season is by attending and selling EVENT TICKETS, OBTAINING SPONSORSHIPS and SILENT/LIVE AUCTION ITEMS. Please consider attending this event and enjoying the unlimited bowling with shoes and ball, buffet dinner with non-alcoholic beverages, silent/live auction, and the company of other school parents and friends. You can get together you own team of 6 bowlers to participate in a competitive bowling game. It is a fun, adult only night out with friends and you walk away from the auction with services or items for a great bargain and the school and students benefits. Tickets are $40 before deadline or $50 after.
Order forms are available for the 2010 Fresh Holiday Green sales. Orders are due on October 31st by the end of School. Delivery will be between December 1st and December 8th. This one is easy; everyone wants holiday decorations this time of year.
Be sure to keep Saturday, May 7th open. We need all students and parents to assist on that day to make the Show successful. Look for further information regarding this fundraiser at a later date.
We are looking forward to a fun and exciting year. It takes a lot of money to run this program and the more we can raise, the more we can provide for our students.
Thanks for your support.
